Donations

MFFMA is a registered non-profit organization (501C3). We are looking for funds to acquire equipment and uniforms. Our suggested donation levels are:

	Sponsoring Membership Annual Donation Level	Dollar Amount
	PLATINUM	$3000.00 and greater
	GOLD	$2000.00 to $2999.00
	SILVER	$1000.00 to $1999.00
	BRONZE	$500.00 to $999.00
	COPPER	$100.00 to $499.00
	Contributing	$25.00 to $99.00

Note: As a matter of policy, MFFMA will never charge nor solicit monies from the family nor Fire Department of a Line-of-Duty Death Firefighter. All work performed is from the heart and free of charge.
