Leo W. Moughan, Firefighter, Ladder 4 - July 23, 1964

Moughan died of injuries suffered when he fell from Ladder 4 as it was leaving the station on a run to 600 Northeast Main Street. He stood up to put on his turnout coat just as the rig swerved, throwing him backward to the street. He died an hour later.
